Seaplane Operators’ Convention to be held in Zhejiang

CAAC grants Production Certificate to American LSA for the first time

The Eastern China bureau of the CAAC recently issued a Production Certificate to Progressive Aerodyne for the Searey amphibious light sport aircraft, the first ever awarded to an American applicant. The company had previously obtained CAAC Type Design Approval (TDA) for the Searey. Read Chinese article

Here Comes the Helicopter Ride – Chongqing’s Low-Altitude Aerial Tourism Market

The Huabin Aviation Group plans to register an aerial touring company in Chongqing at the end of this year. Huaxia Aerial Touring, with registered capital of ¥50 million, will offer aerial sightseeing and advertising, commercial and emergency flights, flying experiences, pilot training and escrow services. Read Chinese article
